Effective Date / Stand: April 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Everytime ("we", "us", "our") handles your data. Our primary philosophy is absolute data minimisation: we do not use the cloud, we do not require user accounts, and we do not track you.
Everytime operates completely offline and on-device. We do not maintain servers, databases, or cloud infrastructure to store your rides. All of your cycling data — including GPS routes, timestamps, distances, and paired sensor IDs — remains exclusively on your personal iOS device.
If you explicitly grant permission, Everytime acts as a bridge to write your cycling workouts directly into your local Apple Health database. We only read data from Apple Health to prevent duplicating workouts. We do not transmit any Health data off your device.
Everytime requires "Always On" location permissions to passively record your rides while the app is in the background or your phone is locked. The GPS route is processed locally to calculate distance and speed. We never upload, share, or monetize your location history.
We do not integrate any third-party tracking tools, crash reporters (like Crashlytics), or analytics SDKs. We have zero visibility into how you use the app or where you ride.
If you contact us via email for support, we will only use your email address to reply to your inquiry. We delete support correspondence regularly.
